All of our flavors are made in small batches. When a flavor is gone, it will generally be replaced with a new flavor.
We prefer to farm source as many of our ingredients as we can. But that is not always possible, especially during the winter and early spring. When we are not able to farm source, we still do our best to use produce that is grown organically and/or sustainably.
