How do I shop?
The store is open Thursday – Sunday at shop.huntsvillefoodhub.com.
Who can shop from the Hub?
Anyone! We welcome individuals, families, and even restaurants looking to source local food.
Do I need a membership?
Nope. There are no memberships or subscriptions required. Just sign up, shop when it works for you, and pick up your order.
When can I shop?
The shop opens every Thursday and closes on Sunday at midnight. Place your order during that window for pickup the following Tuesday.
How do I place an order?
Log in to your account, browse available products, add items to your cart, and check out. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.
Is everything local?
Yes! Every item comes from a farmer, grower, or maker within a 100-mile radius of Huntsville.
When and where do I pick up my order?
Pickups are on Tuesdays from 4–6:30pm inside Southern Kitchen & Home at Stovehouse.
Can someone else pick up for me?
Yes! Just forward them your order confirmation email. We'll match your order name at pickup.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Is there a fee to shop the Hub?
A 20% Hub Service Fee is added to your order at checkout. The service fee goes towards platform and processing costs, pickup logistics and order processing, marketing, paying Hub staff, and seasonal promotions. We're transparent about pricing and always aim to keep your dollars in the local economy.
Why don't I see certain items every week?
Availability depends on the season and what our producers have ready. The shop changes weekly based on what's fresh and ready to harvest.
What if I have an issue with a product I received?
