Dr. Fabio Araujo Reis and his family don’t just grow coffee at Fazenda do Salto in Brazil—they've grown a community. His sons, Andre and Juca, work alongside 35 employees, most of whom were born near farm, left for school, and chose to come back home after.

Dr. Reis doesn’t stop at great coffee. He invests in schools for his employees’ kids. Builds homes for his workers. Creates a place where people want to stay.

Today, 85% of the employees working on the farm were actually born & grew up there.

The result? A Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee grown with care, by people who believe in what they do. And when you take a sip, you’re part of that story.

Coffee Break is a small-batch coffee roaster based in Huntsville. We're focused on quality, craftsmanship, and connection. We source exceptional coffees from around the world and roast them with care to highlight sweetness, balance, and clarity.

We introduce an exciting new coffee every month via our coffee subscription club, supply local retailers and cafes with fresh beans, provide local espresso catering, and offer regular coffee classes at our Roastery space in Hampton Cove.
