Geese Eggs

We have a pair of Classic Roman Geese , Lucille and Vivian, that lay approximately 50-60 eggs over the coarse of late winter to late spring.

Their eggs have an incredible richness that elevate baked goods to homemade pasta.

1 goose egg is equivalent ,in size, to 3 chicken eggs

Our geese rotate with our chickens and are provided the same supplemental feed (non-GMO, no soy, no corn). They have access to their own pool of water that is changed out regularly.
