ABOUT THIS COFFEE

This single-origin decaf has flavor notes of Dark Chocolate, Caramel, and Almond.

The green coffee was assembled from a collection of small farms, by a rural NGO that acts as a union for coffee producers in Antioquia, Colombia. The green coffee was decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process in Vancouver, BC.

Swiss Water decaf removes 99.9% of the caffeine while (in our experience) also doing a great job at preserving the coffee’s original profile—brightness, flavor, and complexity.
