Each ham is bone-in, naturally cured, and slow-smoked over hardwood for hours until it reaches that perfect balance of tender and smoky. Slice it for Sunday dinner, cube it for soups and beans, or serve it as the centerpiece of a holiday feast — this is real ham, the way it used to taste.
