Grass fed/grass finished beef liver is a clean, nutrient dense, lean, and delicious protein. Slice and soak the thawed liver overnight in milk for a milder flavor. Then just rinse, pat dry, dredge in flour with salt and pepper and fry. Always good with bacon and fried onions!
