Wine Salt
The most common question we get asked regarding the wine salts: "What do you pair with?" Our response: "Anything you'd pair with a glass of wine". Wine salts are finishing salts, meaning the flavor is delicate and is best appreciated after cooking. They are meant to be added at the very end of meal prep, so sprinkle on top of your meal right before serving and enjoy.
Favorite dishes to pair with:
Merlot: steak with butter sprinkled with Merlot salt, roasted veggies, cheesecake, chocolate
Mimosa: brunch foods, eggs poached or over easy, steak, avocado toast, buttery noodles, shrimp
Ingredients for Merlot: Merlot wine, flaky sea salt
Ingredients for Mimosa: white wine, orange juice, flaky sea salt
